BCBS Premera and LifeWise Insurance: I am in-network with Premera and Lifewise. If you have one of these insurances, I will bill them for sessions directly.

Insurance Reimbursement: Many people have out of network benefits they are unaware of and benefits vary by plan. To find out what your out of network benefits are, contact your insurance company and ask “what is my out of network reimbursement for individual outpatient therapy?” I provide a detailed receipt, also known as a superbill, each month for clients.

Sliding Scale: If payment is a concern and you do not have insurance, I offer discounted sliding scale appointments for those who have a need. Please ask for details.
