Blue Cross Blue Shield Premera and LifeWise: I am in-network with Premera and Lifewise. If you have one of these insurances, I will bill them for sessions directly.

Insurance Reimbursement and Superbills: Many people have out of network benefits they are unaware of and benefits vary by plan. To find out what your out of network benefits are, contact your insurance company and ask “what is my out of network reimbursement for individual outpatient therapy?” I provide a detailed receipt, also known as a superbill, each month for clients.

Sliding Scale: If payment is a concern and you do not have insurance, I have discounted sliding scale appointments. Please ask for details.
