Blue Cross Blue Shield Premera and LifeWise: I am in-network with Premera and Lifewise and I will bill them for sessions directly.
If you have a different insurance, reimbursement and superbills: Many people have out of network benefits they are unaware of and benefits vary by plan. To find out what your out-of-network benefits are, contact your insurance company and ask “what is my out-of-network reimbursement for individual outpatient therapy?” I provide a detailed receipt, also known as a superbill, each month for clients.
Sliding Scale: If payment is a concern and you do not have insurance, I have discounted sliding scale appointments. Please ask for details.
